Eco Depot (OTCMKTS:ECDP) Newly Acquired Development One Nanotechnologies And Energy, Inc. Is A Perfect Eco-Friendly Fit

For Eco Depot (OTCMKTS:ECDP), its acquisition last week of private coatings manufacturer Development One Nanotechnologies And Energy, Inc. D1 checks all the boxes ECDP wants. D1’s proprietary carbon atom coatings, enhanced strength concrete and 3D printing are all designed to reduce carbon footprint, packaging waste, water usage and their overall effect on the environment. That end-goal strategy dovetails precisely with the mission of ECDP.

Private firm D1 offers complementary eco-friendly strategies for the coatings and construction industries. Development One Nanotechnologies And Energy, Inc., a privately-held Wyoming company, manufactures coatings for the industrial space and the oil and gas industry. Its coatings strengthen parts by 300% and lowers  friction/and offers less abrasive properties, the company says. It also specializes in R&D for the application of nano carbon atoms and polymer products in construction and industry.

Nanoscience and Nanotechnology involve the study and application of extremely small nanometers — a sheet of newspaper measures about 100,000 nanometers thick — but D1 competes in extremely large industries. In concrete additives alone, market size is estimated at $1.2 billion, ECDP reported. This includes proprietary additives for cement — decreasing pour needs and increasing strength while increasing life expectancy for down hole cement, the company said.

ECDP says a research study projects that the global Anti Abrasive Anti Corrosion Market in which D1 competes was valued at $43.5 billion in 2017.

Those are large and growing eco-friendly marketplaces, perfect positioning for DI, now owned by ECDP. Wyoming corporation D1 competes in the highly technical nano carbon atoms and polymer products within the coatings and construction industries. It directly addresses infrastructure by lowering friction, increasing strength by up to 300% and adding more green energy by cutting carbon emissions in the construction, oil and gas industries.

DI not only competes, performs R&D and is tech-forward in coatings, concrete additives and 3D printing, it is committed to being an eco-friendly company. In that sense, it is parallel to ECDP’s signature product line, an eco-friendly carbon reducing paint line, Bronya Climate Shield Façade Product thermal paint. Its  coating is positioned in the battle against Climate Change through energy conservation. Marketed by ECDP’s Canadian subsidiary, Bronya Canada Group, the product is documented and lab tested as an eco-friendly paint line designed to greatly improve energy savings when applied to a building’s foundations and walls.

For all these reasons, Development One Nanotechnologies And Energy, Inc. is a perfect fit with ECDP’s eco-friendly primary product, marketed by subsidiary Bronya Canada Group. D1 is also involved in 3D Printing plus Nano Coatings and Advanced Concrete. All of its products are designed to make industrial tools stronger, more efficient and energy-saving by reducing friction. D1 offers new eco-friendly approaches to the construction, oil, gas, and 3D markets. Development One has secured major development partners in Canada and already signed with a major cement pumping company in the U.S., it said.

D1 executive management is also experienced in multiple fields, such as oil & gas, healthcare, equity & acquisitions and green-technologies. Cliff Wiebe, Co-Chief Visionary Officer and CEO, has spent more than 40 years in the oil & gas industry. Dennis Enberg, Co-Chief Visionary Officer and COO, has experience in oil & gas, healthcare, equity and acquisitions plus start-ups. Harrison Kordestani  is Corporate Secretary and Chief Legal Officer, with experience in legal, entertainment and media plus green-technologies.
